Welcome to the gym page.  We are a strength gym in Paisley, Scotland. Focusing on Strongman and Powerlifting.

The gym has the following equipment.

Memberships are £25 per month
Day passes are £5 per day pass.

We are open 10am-10pm Monday to Friday
10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday

Strongman:

5 logs - 30, 40 metal, 50, 80, 95kg wooden
2 monster dumbbells 26 and 50kg
2 yokes - 50 and 100kg
2 sets farmer handles - 12.5 and 30kg (can be set up as a frame)
Stones 20-200 in 10kg increments
53 inch stone platform
45 inch stone platform
Conan wheel
circus dumbbells 20-74kg
Hercules hold 130-140 each hand
95kg shield

Saxon bars

Powerlifting:
