By entering the Cumberland Summer Strongman Showdown, all athletes agree to the following terms:
1. Entry Fees
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entries cannot be moved to another competition under any circumstances.
2. Athlete Classification
Cumbrian Strongman Promotions reserves the right to move athletes up a category where appropriate.
This applies particularly to Beginner and Novice classes, where an athlete has previously won or achieved a podium position in the category they have entered.
3. Participation & Liability
All athletes compete entirely at their own risk. By signing up, you acknowledge and accept that strongman is a physically demanding sport and carries inherent risks.
Cumbrian Strongman Promotions and event organisers cannot be held responsible for any injuries or health issues sustained during training, participation, or attendance at the event.
4. General Agreement
By completing your entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
