By purchasing an entry to this strongman competition via StrengthRegister, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the competition, including age, weight class, and experience level where applicable.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the category entered is correct. Incorrect entries may result in disqualification without refund.

2. Entry Fees

• All entry fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure a place.
• Entry fees are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to platform processing fees.

3. No Refunds Policy

• All entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Injury or illness
  • Personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts
  • Failure to attend or compete
  • Disqualification
  • Travel issues
• No refunds will be issued if the competitor withdraws after registering.

4. Transfers & Changes

• Entry transfers to another athlete are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the competition organiser.
• The organiser reserves the right to combine, split, or remove classes if entry numbers require it. No refunds will be issued as a result of such changes.

5. Event Changes

• The organiser reserves the right to modify event details, including events, weights, rules, timetable, or venue, where necessary.

6. Health & Safety

• You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of competing in a strongman competition.
• You accept full responsibility for your own health and safety during the event.
• The organiser, venue, and affiliates accept no liability for injury, illness, or loss sustained during the competition, except where required by law.

7. Rules & Conduct

• All competitors must follow competition rules and the instructions of officials.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification without refund.
• Judges’ decisions are final.

8. Media & Photography

• By entering, you grant permission for photographs and video footage taken during the event to be used for promotional and media purposes without compensation.

9. Personal Data

• Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for competition administration and communication in line with applicable data protection laws.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
