I have helped a lot of people since I started personal training over the last 15 years. Most recently I have taken more clients to competition success than ever before, and helped clients of all levels achieve personal bests from novice level to world championship level.
As an aspiring strongman myself, I suffered a near career ending injury in 2022 and whilst I’m somewhat back competing, it gave me time to be an even better coach, studying with some of the best coaches in the world and improving my own knowledge.
