Hi all,

My names Dean, I've been a Personal Trainer for around 5 years self employed and Coaching Strongman clients for 3 of those years.

I have competed in a couple of Competitions myself as a Novice, collecting both a 1st place and 3rd place trophy.

I've also competed in a couple of Bodybuilding comps and a powerlifting comp when I was much younger.

My clients podium finishes so far are

1st - 6, 2nd - 7, 3rd - 6
