Hi, Welcome to Eternal Strength Coaching!
I am passionate about strength and fitness having trained and competed for a number of years now.
I have been coaching people I know, from complete beginners to advanced lifters, for a couple of years with some great success.

Because of this success I want to offer my services online and help as many people as I can get strong and improve their way of life in the process.
