I'm a Strength Coaching helping anyone and everyone achieve their strength goals in Strongman, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. Primarily Online but have the facilities to coach athletes face-to-face too for those who would like that.

I have coached since 2015 and competed in Strongman ever since. In 2019 I won the BNSF Britians Strongest Man (u90kg) and WHEA World Strongman Championships (u90kg), in 2020 I won England’s Strongest Man (u90kg) and qualified for OSG Worlds Strongest Man in Florida
