We are an Adaptive Strongman Coaching Duo with our own unique but effective training styles into one.

Liam(Griffin) Standing Coach is an U105's athlete and has a very respectable Able-bodied client list including men and women interns and opens podium winners.

Shaun(Wolf) Seated Coach is a professional GB Disabled Strongman with a great knowledge in adapting Able-bodied events into Adaptive events with safety for wheelchair clients.

So putting both our knowledge into one training system makes us an unstoppable force!
