ATS Beginners Strongwomen/Strongman Comp

Excited to hold All Things Strengths first full strongwoman/strongman competition, it will be held 5th of August 2023!To qualify as a beginner you must either:
- Have done 2 or less novice/beginner comps and have NOT placed top 3 in a any of them
OR
- It is your very first full strongman/women compThis comp and its weight choices are aimed at proper first timers and beginners, please only enter if you are sure this applies to you. If you are unsure, please ask.All weights and events are subject to change.*Events*Log for reps FTOH 60sec
Grip top and belt cleans allowed, must be a controlled rep down to chest then pads.
Mens- 65kg
Womens- 33kgDeadlift for reps 60sec
No suits, no bouncing, no baby oil/talc
Mens- 160kg
Womens - 90kgFarmers for 30m (3 lengths)
15m x 3, farmers must break the line, no sliding, 75sec time cap.
Mens- 83.5kg per hand
Womens- 53.5kg per handFront hold max time
Upper back and bum on wall at all times, wrists must remain in line with shoulders with arms at near lockout, 3 warnings given.
Mens- 20kg
Womens- 10kgStone over yoke-
No tacky! Height tbc
Men- 80kg
