The Battle in Valhalla series will be specific category competitions run in the Halls of Valhalla Scarborough Uk.

We are kicking off with a Shield Maidens only competition (Women only)
The categories are Women's Novice, Inters and Opens.

Event 1- Pressing medley
Axel (A), Log (L), Dumbbell (DB)
Novice 35kg (A) 35kg (L) 19kg (DB)
Inters 45kg (A) 50kg (L) 25kg (DB)
Opens 55kg (A) 60kg (L) 35kg (DB)

Event 2- 15" Deadlift (Power bar and Apollon's) Reps in 60 sec
Novice 110kg
Inters 140kg
Opens 160kg

Event 3- Max distance Frame Carry 60 sec
Novice 90kg
Inters 120kg
Opens 140kg

Event 4 - Sandbag throw over 4m height (Reps in 60 sec)
Novice 6kg
Inters 8kg
Opens 10kg

Event 5 - Stone over bar (WSM style eliminator)
Novice 45kg (Starting)
Inters 50kg (Starting)
Opens 60kg (Starting)
