BEASTS OF BIONIC

A new competition in our Strongman/woman calendar - BEASTS OF BIONIC! 

As always, we bring you a mix of fantastic events, including ones you are unlikely to have ever done before, or get the opportunity to access hardly anywhere else, if at all!

This competition will also be slightly different to our usual, in that it will be weight class categories;
Womens u80kg
Womens o80kg
Mens u100kg
Mens o100kg

*weigh-in is same day, cut off at 0930. 

Competition starts at 1000. 

This will be a number limited competition as we will be hosting the entire event inside. 

Events include:

1) KRATOS BAR DEADLIFT 
Max lift. 3 attempts. 

No suits. All straps fine. 

2) VIKING PRESS
Reps in 60 secs. Once it’s put down, attempt is over. 
WU80 = tbc
WO80 = tbc
MU100 = ~100kg in plates 
MO100 = ~120kg in plates 

3) SANDBAG FRONT CARRY
Max distance in 60 sec. 
Attempt over once dropped. 
WU80 = 50kg
WO80 = 70kg
MU100 = 100kg
MO100 = 120kg 

4) ATLAS HEMISPHERE LIFT
Max lift. 3 attempts. 

Break the ground with the atlas hemisphere so that the upper rim reaches the crossbar of the measuring stand. Crossbar height tbc. 
Chalk/liquid chalk fine. 
No tacky/resin. 

5) SAXON BAR HOLD
Max duration hold. 

Hands must be outside of thighs. 
Chalk/liquid chalk fine. 
No tacky/resin. 
WU80 = tbc
WO80 = tbc
MU100 = tbc
MO100 = tbc
