26th October, events will be
Max 18" silver dollar deadlift
- using a Texas deadlift bar,
Athletes will nominate 3 lifts, if unsuccessful in a lift, athlete will not have another chance to do that weight again as the weight will be increased to the next nominated lift.
Have 10 seconds to initiate the lift once the referee has given the lift command.
Starting weights will be
WB - 80KG MB - 150KG MO - 250KG
WN - 120KG MN - 180KG
WI - 150KG MI - 220KG
Log clean and press away!
- Athletes will perform a log clean, once the log has been cleaned up to the shoulder rack position, Athletes will rep the log from the chest as many times as they can in a 60 second time limit.
Athletes MAY sit the log back down to their laps, but if the log touches the pads, the athlete will be finished.
WB - 30KG MB - 50KG MO - 115KG
WN - 40KG MN - 70KG
WI - 50KG MI - 85KG
Sandbag Bingo
- over a 10m course, Athletes will have to put different Weighted sandbags, over a 4ft yoke.
Athletes have 60 seconds to get as many bags over the 4ft yoke as they can, before the timer runs out.
Scoring is based per KG they manage to get over the 4ft yoke.
You can do the bags in any order and even go back to a bag you may have failed on.
This will be about brains not just brute!
Sandbag weight selection will be
30kg - 40kg - 50kg - 60kg - 75kg - 90kg - 100kg - 120kg - 140kg - 150kg

6ft 5ft 4ft 3.5ft platform run Males
5.7ft starting height for Women
Athlete is to finish placing the stones into the holes of the platform as fast as they can within a 45 second time limit.
Fastest run wins.
WB - 30kg 5.7 ft 40kg 5ft 50kg 4ft 60kg 3.5ft
WN - 40kg 5.7ft 50kg 5ft 60kg 4ft 80kg 3.5ft
WI - 50kg 5.7ft 60kg 5ft 80kg 4ft 100kg 3.5ft
MB - 40kg 6ft 50kg 5ft 60kg 4ft 80kg 3.5ft
MN - 50kg 6ft 60kg 5ft 80kg 4ft 100kg 3.5ft
MI - 80kg 6ft 100kg 5ft 120kg 4ft 130kg 3.5ft
MO - 100kg 6ft 120kg 5ft 140kg 4ft 150kg 3.5ft
