Events for the day are...

1. Axle FTOH into Log FTOH - perform 1 rep on the axle then 1 rep on the log, back and forth for 60 seconds, the most reps win
W - A - 45KG L - 45KG
MA - A - 70KG L - 70KG
MB - A - 90KG L - 100KG
MC - A - 110KG L - 120KG

2. Deadlift Ladder - Very similar to the Eddie Hall feature of strength, lift the weight, get a down signal and the loaders will increase the weight to the next jump, once bar is loaded you have 15 seconds to pick up the weight, keep going until you fail.
W - 90kg +10kg increments
MA - 140kg +10kg increments
MB - 160kg +20kg increments
MC - 180kg +20kg increments

3. Sandbag to shoulder for reps - Once bag is on the shoulder, must perform a bicep flex, most reps in 60 seconds wins.
W - 40kg
MA - 75kg
MB - 90kg
MC - 100kg

4. Medley - Duck walk, Dinnie walk, Frame carry - Fastest time to finish all 3 implements. Due to a short distance the weight will be heavier.
W - DW 80KG, DIN 50/70KG , FC 120KG
MA - DW 120KG, DIN 70/90KG , FC 160KG
MB - DW 140KG, DIN 90/110KG, FC 180KG
MC - DW 160KG, DIN 110/130KG, FC 200KG

5. Stone Off - head to head, once your opponent has put the stone back over the bar athlete has 15 seconds once stone is controlled to get it back over the bar otherwise they are eliminated and a new athlete enters, get as many reps as possible, try and stay on until the bitter end. Most reps win.
W - 80kg
MA - 100kg
MB -120kg
MC - 140kg
