After the success of last years competition we are running again, this time in our gym.

Men on Cerberus Deadlift Bar
Women on SS Deadlift Bar
Class 1 Men on 13" Big Dogs Log
Class 2 Men on 13" Metal Log
Women Class 1 on 13" Metal Log
Women Class 2 on 9" Metal Log

Mandatory opening weight then 3 lifts each
Men's Class 1 - Log 100kg / Deadlift 250kg
Men's Class 2 - Log 55kg / Deadlift 120kg
Women's Class 1 - Log 50kg / Deadlift 140kg
Women's Class 2 - Log 30kg / Deadlift 80kg

SUITS ARE ALLOWED
GRIP SHIRTS ARE ALLOWED

We will run two classes at once to speed up times between lifts.

We are trying to open this comp up to lifters of all
abilities which is why we have decided to run it as two
classes instead of the usual novice/inters/opens format.
With this in mind we are trusting the athletes to enter
the category closest to their ability. For example if
you're a 300+ Deadlifter then you need to be in Class 1.
This will be a great day even to just hit a PB... so get
involved and everyone will be behind you.

We reserve the right to move people between classes on the day.
