Only £20 to enter. Come on down to our heated gym for a winter warmup comp in preparation for UK's strongest novices. Same events, less weight and enough time to do a full prep for the main event.

Open to all Novice athletes, even if you have won a novice, so long as you haven't competed at Inters you're eligible to enter

Capped at 15 per category

Mens Novices
Event 1 – Max Log – Opening Weight 80kg (5kg jumps) - skipping allowed
Event 2 – 200kg Axle Deadlift for reps 60 seconds
Event 3 – 100kg p/h Farmers Walk 10m/10m
Event 4 – 14kg – 22kg Sandbag Toss over 3.5m
Event 5 – 110kg Stone over Yoke
