Lifters get 3 nominated lifts for both the log and the deadlift with their heaviest lift on each combining for their final total.
Rules:
The deadlift will be done to strongman rules:
NO sumo
NO suits allowed,
NO baby oil,
all straps and belts are acceptable
Chalk is fine (no grip jizz)
The referee will give a down signal if the lockout is completed.
The same rules for the log, the referee will give you a down signal when the lockout is complete.
There will be 3 attempts allowed even if you miss your first attempt.
