Bodyzone Ultimate Strongman will be held at Roxby Heritage Weekend on Saturday 12th July with an awesome set of events listed below. We will have 4 categories (women, mens Inters, mens opens) battling it out for that top spot.

We are hoping to see some old and new faces for what will be a brilliant weekend of strength !!!
