British Natural Record Breakers 2026

New and old British records will be up for grabs along with a few world records. All WHEA age and weight categories apply and the event is open to all WHEA license holders.

1. Deadlift - An old favourite, we will see both World and British Records up for grabs 🇬🇧🌎

2. Yoke - Brand new British Records on the line here as athletes will compete to set a max weight 7m Yoke 💪🇬🇧

3. The Speight Strength Monster Dumbbell - We saw some amazing performances on the Circus Dumbbell at Britain's Strongest Natural, now we will see who can throw the heaviest weight overhead single arm in Britain on the Monster Dumbbell brought to you by @speight_strength_events 💪🇬🇧
