We’ll be running novice & intermediate classes for both male and female athletes on the day

EVENTS
1.Max Axle Deadlift (last man standing)

Rising bar 10kg jumps then 5kg
No weight skips

Opening lift
Female - 100kg / 130kg
Male - 180kg / 200kg

No suits ❌
All straps, sleeves, belts allowed ✅

2. Axle FTOH for reps (60sec)
Female - 45kg / 60kg
Male - 75kg / 90kg

All kit aloud ✅
Belt cleans ✅

3. Farmers carry, 15mx15m

15m drop and turn, fastest time wins

Female - 60kg / 70kg
Male - 100kg / 110kg

4. Yoke into Sandbag carry & load for reps

Carry yoke 15m, carry sandbag 15m and load over your yoke for reps

Female - 150kg - 50kg / 180kg -60kg
Male - 220kg - 80kg / 260kg - 100kg

5. Sandbag carry max distance 15m x 15m Female - 50 / 60kg
Male - 80kg / 100kg
