This will be no rep fest!

12” Axle deadlift
60 seconds, max reps
Suits, straps, sleeves, briefs permitted

30 seconds per attempt
Belt cleans, all jerks, sleeves permitted
Opening lift will need to be sent in a week prior to the event so we can ensure the event is ran as smoothly as possible

Athletes will complete 10m x 10m as quickly as possible

Max bag to Shoulder
With a range of bags from 40-180kg athletes will have 60seconds to put the heaviest sandbag possible
(this is not a ladder event)
