Clash of the lightweights is the ideal place to develop as a lightweight athlete!

Aimed at delivering a slightly softer entry to weight class competition for those new to the weight class scene

Log for reps (60 second time limit)
females will use Strength shop 12" short log 5ft
men will use a Saxon log 12" (6ft)

Suits, Straps, Sleeves all allowed

Yoke into sandbag max distance (90 second time limit)
10m x 10m Yoke, pick up sandbag and go!

Farmers hold - Max time
