COLCHESTERS STRONGEST 2022

Red Squirrel Events are running the first COLCHESTERS STRONGEST competition at the University of Essex . 

There will be 3 categories, limited to 30 entries.  We are hoping people can decide which one best suits their abilities, if you are unsure please contact us and we will happily advise.

Medley: Keg, Sandbag load and drag 

First timers :Keg 70kg ,  Sandbag 80kg 

Novice : Keg 90kg   Sandbag 100kg
