COLCHESTERS STRONGEST 2022

Red Squirrel Events are running the first COLCHESTERS STRONGEST competition at the University of Essex .

There will be 3 categories, limited to 30 entries. We are hoping people can decide which one best suits their abilities, if you are unsure please contact us and we will happily advise.

Event 1

Deadlift Reps in 60 seconds

First timers : 180kg

Novice : 210kg

Inters : 240kg

Event 2

Log reps in 60 seconds

First timers : 85kg

Novice : 95kg

Inters : 110kg

Event 3

Yoke 20m drop and turn 20m

First timers : 180kg

Novice : 250kg

Inters : 280kg

Event 4

Farmers walk 20m drop and turn 20m

First timers : 80kg

Novice : 105kg

Inters : 115kg

Event 5

Medley: Keg, Sandbag load and drag

First timers :Keg 70kg , Sandbag 80kg

Novice : Keg 90kg Sandbag 100kg

Inters : Keg 100kg , Sandbag 115kg
