We are excited to announce the return of Colchester’s Strongest coming back bigger and better in 2025! After three fantastic years of competitions, we’re determined to push the boundaries and deliver an unforgettable event for both competitors and spectators alike.
This year, we’re excited to be running 6 categories: Male and Female Beginner Novice and Inters. This will open up the competition to even more participants, giving everyone the chance to showcase their strength and determination at a competition that is growing year after year.

Trophies: Stunning awards for the top three athletes in each division Bespoke Red Squirrel Trophies, which will be the last year of these before we change them.
