Event 1: Log press into circus/monster dumbbell

75 seconds AMRAP (as many repetitions as possible).

Cat a: 90kgs - 54kgs

Cat b: 70kgs - 43kgs

Cat c: 50kgs - 32kgs

Event 2: Zercher Yoke carry 10m into sandbag carry 10m over yoke. Time limit 90 seconds AMRAP.

Cat a: 130kgs - 80kgs

Cat b: 110kgs - 60kgs

Cat c: 95kgs - 50kgs

Event 3: Natural stone to shoulder 75 seconds AMRAP (heavier stone trumps lighter stone).

Cat a: 105kgs / 82kgs

Event 4: Farmers walk 20m drop and turn into duck walk 20m drop and turn.

Cat a: 110kgs - 139kgs

Event 5: Deadlift head to head - 90 seconds AMRAP.

Cat a: 200kgs

Cat b: 160kgs
