Event 1: Log press into circus/monster dumbbell 75 seconds AMRAP (as many repetitions as possible).

Cat a: 60kgs - 35kgs

Cat b: 45kgs- 30kgs

Cat b: 36kgs - 21kgs

Event 2: Yoke zercher 10m carry, into sandbag 10m over yoke. Time limit 90 seconds AMRAP.

Cat a: 110kgs - 60kgs

Cat b: 90kgs - 50kgs

Cat c: 70kgs - 40kgs

Event 3: Natural stone to shoulder 75 seconds AMRAP (heavier stone trumps lighter stone).

Cat a: 76kgs / 61kgs

Cat b: 61kgs/ 50kgs

Cat c: 50kgs / 40kgs

Event 4: Farmers walk 20m drop and turn into duck walk 20m drop and turn.

Cat a: 80kgs - 100kgs

Cat b: 70kgs - 90kgs

Cat c: 50kgs - 80kgs

Event 5: Deadlift head to head - 90 seconds AMRAP.

Cat a: 130kgs

Cat b: 110kgs

Cat c: 90kgs
