Format of the day:

Everyone will set a time on their first stone run Head to Head. This will then determine who you will face in Round 2.

From round 2 its simple beat the person your against to knock them out of the competition.

No times just first to finish the run or who lifts the heaviest stone with hand off.

F Novice: 50,60,70,80kg (4 stone run starting at 5ft)
F Experienced: 50,60,70,80,90 (Starting 5 half ft)
Novice: 80,90,100,110,120
Inters: 90,100,110,120,130
Opens: 100,110,120,130,140

Stone Weights will increase each round.

Rounds will consist of Runs, Max & Stone over Yoke pending numbers.
