Must wait on the down command before lowering to floor, no up command 

Deadlift for reps, 60secs
M. 150kg
F. 90kg
Must wait on the down command before lowering to floor, no up command 

Power Sled push, Sandbag load, arm over arm sled with Sandbag, all 10m
M. Sled + 80kg,  80kg Sandbag 
F. Sled + 40kg, 50kg Sandbag 
Sandbag must not fall of sled, if it does, you'll need to re load it 

Husafell for Max Distance, of block 
M. 100kg
F. 70kg
10m track, foot must cross the line 

Sandbag to Shoulder 
M. 80kg
F. 50kg
Must wait on the down command before lowering to floor, no up command 

60secs max on all events

All belts
Knee and elbow sleeves
