Any shared positions will be decided by actual weight lifted minus bodyweight across both events or quickest Pint drunk😬

These are suggested starting weights and do not count as one of your 3 lifts. However, please step up if your opening lift is comfortably above the suggested weight.

Experienced Ladies
* Log – 50kg
* Deadlift – 120kg
Novice Men
* Log – 80kg
* Deadlift – 170kg
Inters Men
* Log – 110kg
* Deadlift – 240kg
Open Men
* Log – 125kg
* Deadlift – 280kg
RULES
* Everyone gets 3 lifts on Log and 3 lifts on Deadlift.
* Log first, followed by Deadlift.
* Dropped bar = No Rep on Deadlifts.
* Rebel Strength Log.
* Texas Deadlift Bar with calibrated plates.
* Suits and grip tops are allowed.
