Dedicated Strongman Christmas Push Pull 2023

Welcome back to our Annual Push Pull competition.

So this year again we’ll be keeping it simple, 3 Lifts on Log, 3 Lifts on Dead.  Biggest Total wins the category.
Any shared positions will be decided by Bodyweight + Actual weight lifted on both events.

Suggested Weights will be as follows, this doesn’t count as one of your 3 lifts, but step up if way above:

Novice Ladies: 
Log   - 40kg
Dead - 100kg

Experienced Ladies:
Log - 50kg
Deads - 130kg

Novice Men:
Log - 90kg
Dead - 180kg

Inters Men:
Log - 110kg
Deads - 240kg

Opens Men:
Log - 125kg
Dead - 280kg

Rules: 

Everyone will get 3 lifts on Log & Dead.
Deadlift First.
Dropped bar - No Rep on deadlifts.
Rebel strength Monster Log.
Texas Deadlift Bar with Calibrated Plates.
Suits and Grip Tops allowed.
