DEDICATED STRONGMAN PUSH PULL 2021  

So this year we’ll be pushing and pulling with a TWIST!!   

3 Lifts on Press 3 Lifts on Pull  The catch! 6 bits of equipment, 1 lift on each!!   

PUSH: Log, Axle, Dumbell.
PULL: Standard & 18” Deadlift, Duckwalk. 

Rules: 

1. Nominate your 1 lift on each piece of equipment. (After warmup) 
2. 10” Log for Women, Rebel Strength Log for Men. 
3. Small Dumbell for Women, PSP Dumbell for Men. 
4. Texas Deadlift Bar for Standard Dead, Stiff Bar for 18” of Blocks. 
5. No straps allowed on Duckwalk. 
6. 90 seconds allowed on platform if required to retry lift. 
7. No suits on Deads and Calibrated plates to be used.
