Devon’s Strongest Man & Woman is back for 2025!

Saturday 16.08.25, 9am-5pm - Trago Mills, Newton Abbot is once again the venue for what promises to be a massive event in Devon this summer. There will be food, entertainment, stalls, strongman, and of course all the usual Trago family-friendly fun. All are welcome to come along and spectate free of charge!

Farmers Carry 20m into Log Press for reps

WU 70 per hand into 50kg log, WO 80 per hand into 60kg log,

MU 110 per hand into 95kg log, MO 130 per hand into 115kg log

Conan’s Wheel

WU 100kg, WO 120kg, MU 220kg, MO240kg

Axle Deadlift for reps, standard height

WU 120kg, WO 140kg, MU 230kg, MO 260kg

Moving Medley - Duck Walk 20m into Shield Carry 20m

WU 70kg and 65kg, WO 85kg and 75kg, MU 140kg and 120kg, MO 170kg and 140kg

Stone Medley (shoulder, shoulder, load, mix of natural and atlas)

WU 45, 45, 70,  WO 60, 70, 85   MU 85, 100, 120,   MO 100, 100, 140

*Note - events, weights and categories are subject to change.

Entry is £45 per athlete, no refunds. All athletes will receive a t-shirt and a medal, top three in each class will also get a bespoke Devon’s trophy. A Novice category may be added if there is sufficient interest.
