As part of England’s strongest man u105 we will be running a novice strongman competition. This will be held in Doncaster town centre outside Wool Maket.
This will be a huge event and places will be limited. So don’t miss out. Trophies for top 3 competitors.
Event 1 - monster dumbbell 60kg reps in 60 seconds
Event 2 -super yoke 250kg for 20m 60 seconds time limit
Event 3 -car/van deadlift side handles reps in 60 seconds
Event 4 -bag toss 5 bags over 3.5m bar 60 seconds time limit
Event 5 - van pull no rope old school dive for the line style 60 seconds time limit
