Women’s Novice - 50kg Log, 55kg Axle
Max Deadlift 45secs (per attempt) - as many attempts as needed in 45secs, locked out and down command must be given within time limit to progress/rep to count. 20kg jumps for first 3 attempts for men, 10kg jumps for first 3 attempts for women, tbc after.

Yoke Zercher Into Sandbag for Reps 75secs - pick up yoke in zercher, run 10m down (front plates must cross line), run back for sandbag and load over yoke for reps, distance taken on specific implement if not completed.
Men’s First Timers - 150kg Yoke - 90kg Sandbag
Men’s Novice - 200kg Yoke - 110kg Sandbag
Women’s First Timers - 80kg Yoke - 50kg Sandbag
Women’s Novice - 110kg Yoke - 60kg Sandbag
Farmers Into Duck Walk 60secs - 10m each, pick up farmers take 10m down (front plates must cross line), run back for duck walk and waddle down 10m (one foot over the line for time to be taken), distance taken on specific implement if not completed.
Men’s First Timers - 100kg per hand farmers - 150kg Duck Walk
Men’s Novice - 110kg per hand farmers - 160kg Duck Walk
Women’s First Timers - 40kg per hand farmers - 80kg Duck Walk
Women’s Novice - 75kg per hand farmers - 90kg Duck Walk
Stones - Last Titan Standing 30secs (per stone) - get in a line and load a stone over a yoke, hands must be off the stone before time finishes for rep to count (and land on the other side obviously). 10kg Jumps for all
