Teams

Teams of 2: all 5 events done by both.

Log lift 50kg many lifts within a 75 secs (eight tbc)
Elite finger (Roughly 90/100kg) as many lifts within 75 secs. Athletes flip from one to the anther athlete
Car lift: front bar as many lifts in 75 secs. (Both athletes pull together)
Shield carry 60kg: (could add weight) distance once first athlete drops the team replace shield on stand and continue (time limit maybe added)
Stone 50kg or 70kg over yoke as many lifts in 75 secs (athletes both sides of yoke passing stone to each other, if athlete can’t lift their May roll it back)
May add sixth event tug of war
