Qualifiers now open for Englands Strongest man at Fit XPO - taking place Sunday 14th May.
You have until March 17 to upload your event qualifier videos - (1,2 &3) - the leaderboard will be updated regularly.

(All weights, equipment and distances must be weighed and measured in a continuous video of the event)
To take part in qualifier is free, those who go onto compete will receive registration link with fee details after the cut off date.

- 330kg deadlift (9”) for reps in 60 secs Suits are allowedStraps and figure of 8s are allowed
- Log 5RM Max from the chest 13” log Cleaned once and 5 reps from the chest max weight possible.
- 150kg sandbag carry for max distance in 90 secs Sandbag must start on the floor and put down once the 90secs is up, it can be dropped and picked up in the 90 secs, if you’re using a run, a foot must break the line before you turn and go back, please measure the run in the video
