Englands strongest master is a qualifier for English athletes over the age of 40 to the uks strongest master, the top 10 English men will join others from, scot, wales and Ireland in a final held at a later date.

viking press 110kg , reps in 60secs
axle deadlift 250kg for reps in 60secs
farmers walk 120kg per hand, 15mtrs drop and turn
stones to 53" platform, 80kg to 160kg
deadlift frame hold with straps, 250kg
