With the double England’s at the FITXPO being announced, the details for the England’s Strongest Man are below!!!

We will be again running the qualifier via the Official Strongman website with 3 event videos to be uploaded by the athletes!

Max weight squat to depth for 5 reps in 60 secs
Max weight farmers hold 30 secs no drops in that 30 secs
Max axle press overhead single reps

Each video MUST contain the weights and equipment being weighed
