Where: Nova Performance, St Ives, Cambridgeshire

When: Halloween. Friday 31st Oct. 6pm meet.

Events:

Stone to shoulder for reps in 60-seconds. Chose the stone you want. Score = total weight lifted.

Max stone over yoke. Increasing stone weight 'til failure.

Cost: £10 includes pizza, drink and snacks to fuel your lifting.

Optional fancy dress! Prize for the best costume.
