Let's get everyone shifting some serious weight

Competitor Entry fee: £30
Trophy's for Top 3 in each category
T Shirt for all Competitors
Mandatory opening weight then 3 llifts each
Mens Class 1 - Log 100kg / Deadlift 250kg
Mens Class 2 - Log 60kg / Deadlift 150kg
Womens - Log 40kg / Deadlift 100kg
SUITS ARE ALLOWED
GRIP SHIRTS ARE ALLOWED
We are trying to open this comp up to lifters of all
abilities which is why we have decided to run it as two
classes instead of the usual novice/inters/opens format.
With this in mind we are trusting the athletes to enter
the category closest to their abililty. For example if
you're a 300+ Deadlifter then you need to be in Class 1.
This will be a great day even to just hit a PB... so get
involved and everyone will be behind you.
