HERE COME THE GIRLS - 3- Women's Strength League

The third and final Here Come the Girls event will be hosted by Nova Performance, St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Sunday 13th September 2026

£40 or £100 for all 3 competitions. (Discount if you enter all 3! See our first event with AL Strength Promotions)

Categories this year are:

Novice and Inters – Prizes also for our top Master and Junior competitors. 

Choose the class where the weight choices are most appropriate for you.

Event 1: Farmers for 10m into deadlift for reps. 60-seconds.

N: 55kg per hand/110kg. I: 65kg per hand/130kg.

Event 2 - Axle OH for max. 3 attempts. 60-seconds per attempt. Weight choices must be in 2.5kg jumps. Eg 35kg, 37.5kg, 40kg, 42.5kg. 

Event 3 – Yoke. 10m +10m +10m. 60-second time cap.

N: 140kg. I: 160kg

Event 4 – Husafel sandbag carry for distance. Turning every 15m. 60-seconds time cap. No drops/rests allowed. 

N: 60kg. I: 75kg

Event 5 -Loading medley. 

N: Rubber stone 50kg , sandbag 60kg , keg 70kg, sandstone 80kg.

I: Rubber stone 60kg, sandbag 70kg, sandstone 80kg, keg 90kg.

REMEMBER, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE PART IN ALL 3 DATES AND LOCATIONS. YOU CAN DO 1 or 2 OR COMPLETE THE LEAGUE.
