Categories this year are:
Novice/Masters/Inters - Masters must be 40 or over at the time of the competition
Event 1 - Max Deadlift. 3 lifts. Increasing in 10kg increments.
Event 2 - Barebell Overhead - for reps in 60seconds
N - 30/45
M - 40/55
I - 55/70
Trump weight wins.
Event 3 - Keg Carry - for distance. 12m by 12m. 60 seconds time cap.
N - 30/40kg
M - 50kg
I - 60kg
Winning distance wins a pint from the pub next door!
Event 4 - Tyre flip for reps in 60 seconds
2 options: lighter or heavier!
Event 5 - Farmers hold for time.
N - 50kg per hand
M - 65kg per hand
I - 80kg per hand
REMEMBER, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE PART IN ALL 3 DATES AND LOCATIONS. YOU CAN DO 1 , 2 OR COMPLETE THE LEAGUE.
Each individual event =£40
Entry to the league = £90
