Categories this year are:

Novice/Masters/Inters - Masters must be 40 or over at the time of the competition

Event 1 - Over Head Medley - total weight pressed OH in 60 seconds

Choose from: Truck tyre; dual hex dumbbell 12.5kg per hand; axle - 35kg; log - 45kg; circus dumbbell 26kg; sandbag - 50kg; monster dumbbell 38kg; barbell - 75kg.

Event 2 - Axle Squat - for reps in 60seconds

Choose from: 60kg/70kg/80kg/90kg/100kg/110kg/120kg. Trump weight wins.

Event 3 - Sandbag Shuttle Run - for time. 10m by 10m by 10m. 60 seconds time cap.

N - 40/50/60kg

M - 50/60/70kg

I - 60/70/80kg

Event 4 - Duck Walk - for distance. 15m by 15m... 60 seconds time cap. No drops allowed.

N - 40kg

M - 55kg

I - 70kg

Event 5 - Max Sandbag to Shoulder - 60 second time cap.

Chose from: 40/50/60/70/80/90kg

REMEMBER, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE PART IN ALL 3 DATES AND LOCATIONS. YOU CAN DO 1 , 2 OR COMPLETE THE LEAGUE.

Each individual event =£40

Entry to the league = £90
