Welcome to an exciting new edition of here come the girls!

A strongwoman only event that has been so great the last 2 years, we have teamed up with Buds Fitness (Liam & Abbie Baker) and nova performance (Matt Nice & Hannah Fitzgerald) to bring you Here Come the Girls Strength League!

Though this is a league, you are able to enter them individually & compete in them as solo events.

Novice / Masters / U73kg / Opens

Masters must be 40 or over at the time of competition and u73s can have 24hr weigh ins in person at any of the 3 locations.
(From 9am on the Saturdays)

Events for the final held at “Nova Performance” are as follows;

Event 1 - Max deadlift
3 nominated attempts
Deadlift bar

Event 2 - Axle ftoh 60 seconds
40/50/65/75
Axle will be cleaned from the floor, NOT FROM PADS

Event 3 - Truck pull (harness)
Truck TBC

Event 4 - mystery moving medley

Event 5 - throwing bag run
Novice / master 5/7/9/11
U73 / open 7/9/11/13

Event 6 - Stone to shoulder / reps
40/50/60/70kg
Stone must be returned to a crash pad before attempting next rep

Entry to the individual event is £40
