The IB strongman series is back with the Easter Bash!
This is a Men's & Women's comp with 1st timers, Novice and Masters (40+) categories.
Consisting of the following events:
1) Wagon wheel deadlift - max reps in 60 seconds.
2) Press medley (Oly bar, Axel bar, dual DB then log for reps) in 60 Secs
3) 15m yoke into sandbag load (3,6,9m) - timed
4) 30m yoke carry (15, turn, 15)
5) stone over yoke in 60 seconds
£40 entry fee for t-shirt and goodie bag.
Winner for each category gets trophy and a special trophy for lifter of the day!
