IB push-pull-carry

Sunday 27th July, IB Events introduces it's next event, with a twist! 

It's a MAX PUSH-PULL-CARRY event! 

- Max Log clean and press

- Max Axle deadlift

- Max yoke carry (10m) 

Each athlete will get 3 attempts to hit a max weight, competition will be rising bar style (weight on bar predicts run order) 

STRAPS, GRIP TOPS, DEADLIFT SUITS ALLOWED 

Men's weight categories are u80/u105/opens

Women's weight categories are u64/u82/opens

Score will be based on max total of all 3, divided by bodyweight. 

£40 entry fee, gets comp day t-shirt and winners for each category gets a trophy.
