We are hosting our first log and deadlift max weight competition.There will be a women's class where there will be two winners- one winner that lifts the most total weight (log plus deadlift) and the second winner will be scored on total weight lifted in relation to body weight, we will use the DOTS formula for this.
Males will have two classes, an U105 and Open. Males will have three winners, total weight lifted in the U105, total weight lifted in the opens and the final winner will be an overall scored using DOTS in relation to total weight and body weight.
