Event 1: Log Press FTOH - 60 sec's for reps
WN - 35kg
MN - 70kg
Event 2: Axle deadlift (straps allowed) - Max lift (3 lifts) - Starting weight
WN - 100kg
MN - 150kg
Event 3: Yoke - 10 metres (with turn)
WN - 180kg
MN - 270kg
Event 4: Medley (Sandbag (10m), Duck walk (10m), Farmers hold (time for first two implements will be taken from the hold time)
WN - 50kg, 75kg, 50kg per hand
MN - 75kg, 100kg, 70kg per hand
Event 5: Stone over yoke (122cm) - 60 sec's
WN - 50kg
MN - 70kg
