Log Press
Log Clean & Press (60s AMRAP)
Athletes will clean the log from the floor and press overhead for as many reps as possible within 60 seconds. Each rep must be locked out under control.
- Athletes must wait for the 'Down' signal before lowering the log.
- The log must be controlled down to the crash pads, if it is dropped, the last rep will be taken away.
- Feet must be in line and arms locked out to get the 'Down' signal.
- If the log has left the athletes shoulders for the press when time is called, the athlete may continue with the rep and will be allowed the point if it is deemed a good lift by the ref.
- Grip shirts allowed
Yoke
Yoke Carry (20m)
Carry the yoke for 20 metres as fast as possible. Fastest time wins. If the full distance isn’t completed, distance will be measured.
- Athletes will be set up on the yoke with the top of the cross bar level with the top of their armpit.
- Athletes can be set under the yoke before hearing the 'Start' command, but the yoke must be on the floor.
- The entire yoke must cross the line at the 10m mark to turn and the finish line.
- If an athlete cannot finish the 20m in the alloted time, they will score a distance from the line they crossed to the front of the yoke.
- Sliding the yoke is not allowed, if the ref deems that an athlete purpousfully slid the yoke across the line, a 2 second penalty will be added to the athletes time.

Loading Race
A series of kegs will be loaded into a vehicle 10 metres away. Fastest time wins. If all items aren’t completed, the number of kegs loaded will count.
- Athletes are allowed to start with hands on the kegs, but the kegs must remain unmoved at the 'Start' command.
- Kegs must be loaded upright into the vans.
- If a keg is loaded and falls, it is the athletes responsability to stand it up again.
- Time will be set when last keg is loaded and athlete hands are off the keg.

15" Deadlift
Power bar set at 15 inches. Athletes will complete as many reps as possible within the time limit. Straps allowed, hitching permitted, full lockout required.
- Athletes must wait for 'Down' signal before lowering the bar
- Bouncing the bar from the floor will incur a no rep (There will be 1 warning)
- No rep after 'Time' is called will be allowed, even if it is already in motion.
