Kings lynn Log and deadlift competition

 Welcome to our second king's Lynn log and deadlift competition hosted at motiv8 24/7.

The event will be run in powerlifting rules when it comes to weight jumps so you will get 3 attempts and can make any weight jumps you like. you can enter either log and deadlift for a combined total or just one of the lifts. trophies will be given to first place.

rules 
the deadlift will be done to strongman rules on a deadlift bar, straps and suits allowed, centre ref will give a down signal if the lockout is completed. the same rules for log centre ref will give down signal when lockout is complete. there will be 3 attempts allowed no matter what Evan if you miss your first attempt.   
24 hr weigh in will be allowed for under 90s lifters.
