Koru Gym’s Annual Strongman Competition
As usual, we tried to make the competition as varied as usual. A new event with the Land Rover push and pull, the return off the Conan’s Wheel, and last years favourite the Dinnie Stone Hold.

As always, spectators are welcome, and free to watch. There will be food, and refreshments, available.
Ladies - we love hosting a woman’s event, but every year I spend a large percentage of my time messaging trainers and gyms to try and get women to enter, and we generally end up with 3 or 4 entrants. Please, prove me wrong this year and comment or message me if you’d like to enter. If we can get enough interest I will put on a woman’s competition.
